Send a Letter was a Studio Eksaat initiative that explored the value of slowing down and returning to analogue forms of communication in an increasingly digital world. Conceived as a series of twelve illustrated postcards, the project invited people to write by hand again - one postcard at a time.

Each postcard was inspired by a carefully selected line from a work of literature, reinterpreted through an original illustration that offered a new visual reading of the text. Together, the twelve illustrations became a year-long collection celebrating storytelling, books, and the enduring intimacy of handwritten correspondence, encouraging people to reconnect through words that are written, shared, and kept.
