Design
Education
We work with schools, universities, and organisations to design curriculums, teach, and facilitate learning experiences that connect design thinking with real-world creative practice, fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and creative confidence.
Design is more than a profession - it is a way of observing, questioning and solving problems. Alongside our studio practice, design education has remained an integral part of Studio Eksaat's work.
Our experience spans curriculum development, higher education and classroom teaching, allowing us to bridge academic learning with real-world practice.
Our Belief
Design is not just a profession. It is a way of thinking. We believe creative confidence begins early, and that introducing design thinking in schools helps young people become more curious, empathetic and thoughtful problem-solvers - regardless of the paths they eventually choose.

Teaching & Faculty
Design education has always been an integral part of Studio Eksaat's practice. Together, Samira Gupta and Dhritiman Deb Pillai have taught across leading schools and universities, bringing years of professional experience into the classroom. Their approach bridges academic learning with industry practice, encouraging students to think critically, embrace process, and develop the confidence to solve complex problems through design.
Curriculum Design
Beyond teaching, we work with schools, universities, and educational organisations to develop design curricula that are relevant, engaging, and rooted in real-world practice. From programme structure and learning outcomes to workshops, projects, and teaching resources, we create educational frameworks that nurture creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and design thinking - preparing learners for a rapidly evolving world.
